ICE THERAPY: Reduce swelling and discomfort and aid recovery from birth

HEAT THERAPY: Use before perineal massage or during labour on the perineum to reduce risk of tears during pushing.

 To cool – place in the freezer (without cover), for at least two hours. To heat – place in the microwave (without cover), for 10 to 15 seconds, if needed, heat for additional five seconds, in intervals, until desired temperature is achieved. Place in a cover and place on the perineum. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes application. Clean with mild soapy water after each use. Covers can be washed in the washing machine on a cold wash. Do not tumble dry.

Free from silicones, parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, synthetic colours and fragrances, or animal testing. This product contains nut oils.
