Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are determined based on weight and destination.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Banksia does not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Once your parcel has been shipped it becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

 

International Shipping

Banksia offers a $25 flat rate to all our international customers

We offer same day click & collect for all our local customers.

Our opening hours are

Mon-Fri  9am - 5 pm |  Sat  9am - 2pm  |  Sun  10am - 1pm 

Packaging

At Banksia we want to be as waste free as possible so we use HEAPSGOOD compostable mailers to mail out all parcels.

Heapsgood eco-mailers are fully compostable & Australian owned.
