Refunds & Order Cancellations
Banksia does not offer refunds, and we do not cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
How to Arrange a Return
To request a return, please email hello@banksiaboutique.com.au with your full name and order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and our return address.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’ll do our best to help (subject to availability).
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs both ways

Reuse the original packaging or include a return satchel with your item

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene stickers attached

Once received, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your exchange
International Returns
We accept international returns under the same conditions.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges.
Extended Return Periods (Holidays)
During peak seasons (like Christmas), we offer extended return windows to make gifting easier. These periods will be announced on our website and socials.
Eco-Friendly Tip 💚
We encourage you to reuse our original packaging when sending items back. It’s a simple way to reduce waste — and it helps the planet!
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale, including items purchased during flash sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these purchases.
Gift Orders
Buying a gift? We’re happy to arrange gift exchanges, provided all usual return conditions are met.
The gift recipient can email us with the order number and purchaser’s name to get started.
Faulty Items
We aim to provide the highest standard of quality in all our products.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please email us at hello@banksiaboutique.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:

A detailed description of the fault

Clear images of the issue
We’ll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
Please note: General wear and tear or damage from incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings

Swimwear
-
Intimates
Footwear must be returned unworn, with no sole markings, and in the original shoebox (undamaged).
Liability
Banksia is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
