RETURNS POLICY

Banksia does not offer refunds. 

Please choose carefully when ordering online, if you are unsure on sizing please send us an email & we will be happy to help with any questions you may have.

If you require a change of size we will be happy to exchange your item but please be mindful that we may not always have the size you need to exchange.

When exchanging you will have to cover the cost of postage both ways,
Please send a return bag inside.

 All parcels must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, tags attached, hygiene label attached, unworn & unwashed.

Please Email us at banksiaboutiqueballina@gmail.com with the details of your purchase including your receipt to arrange your exchange.

As soon as we receive your return we will promptly process your exchange and notify you via email. Please note, Banksia does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. 

If we do not have the correct sizing or you can't find another item you love we are happy to issue you with a credit note. 

Due to hygiene & safety reasons beauty products can not be exchanged or refunded.

All purchases on sale items are final.

 Faulty Items

We ask that you carefully check over your items upon arrival as we only offer a full refund on faulty items within 2 weeks of purchase.
(Please note this excludes general wear & tear)

We apologise for any products you receive that are not in perfect condition.

If you receive an item in a faulty condition we kindly ask you to get in touch via banksiaboutiqueballina@gmail.com where we will take the appropriate measures to replace your item or have your item repaired. 

Please note we will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been incorrectly washed or general wear and tear as these are not considered to be faulty.
