RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shopping online can be tricky, we get it! If you're unsure about sizing or have any general inquiries please drop us an email, and we'll gladly assist with any questions you might have. 

Please be mindful that we are a small business & our policy's may not reflect that of other retailers.

Banksia does not offer refunds & we do not cancel orders once made.

Exchanges

If you require a change of size we will be happy to exchange your item but please be mindful that we may not always have the size you need to exchange.

When exchanging the customer will have to cover the cost of postage both ways,
Please send a return bag inside or better yet reuse the bag in which you received your items.

All parcels must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, tags attached, hygiene label attached, unworn & unwashed.

Upon receiving your return we will promptly process your exchange and notify you via email.

Please note, Banksia does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. 

Sale 

All purchases on sale items are final.   

Items purchased during a flash sale period are considered to be sale items.

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality.

We ask that you carefully check over your items upon arrival as we only offer a full refund on faulty items within 1 week of purchase. (Please note this excludes general wear & tear)

If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible.

We kindly ask you to get in touch via hello@banksiaboutique.com.au with images & a detailed description of the fault. We will take the appropriate measures to have your item repaired or replaced

Please note we will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been incorrectly washed or general wear and tear as these are not considered to be faulty. 

We Do Not Accept Returns On The Following

For hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns for earrings, swimwear, intimates or hats.

Footwear must be unworn without and include the original shoebox in its original condition free from any sole markings or scratches.

Liability

Banksia takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. We recommend using an insured & trackable form of shipping.
