Ordering
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We get to packing pretty quickly, so unfortunately we can’t cancel orders once they’re confirmed. Please double-check your cart before checking out!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift cards — perfect for last-minute gifting or when you're just not sure what to pick. Check them out here.
Can I use one gift card across both stores?
Absolutely! Our gift cards work at both Banksia and Honeysuckle — whether you’re shopping for yourself, the little ones, or your home.
Do you offer lay-by or payment plans?
We don’t offer lay-by, but Afterpay is available at checkout — making it easy to shop now and pay later in flexible instalments.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll wrap your order with care — perfect for gifting.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order at checkout.
Multiple shipping charges — what’s the deal?
If you're purchasing from both Banksia and Honeysuckle in one transaction, you may notice two shipping charges — this is because each store processes and ships orders separately. While we can’t disable this at checkout, don’t worry — we’ll manually refund the second shipping cost as soon as your order comes through.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We sure do! Same-day Click & Collect is available for local customers during opening hours. Just select the option at checkout and pop in when it’s ready.
Click & Collecting – Please note: if you'd like to collect from both Banksia and Honeysuckle, you'll need to place separate orders for each location at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t offer refunds or cancellations, but we do accept exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery — just make sure the item is in original condition, tags attached, and unworn. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Can I return sale items?
All sale purchases (including flash sales) are final — no returns or exchanges.
What if my item is faulty?
Oh no! If something’s not quite right, please email us at hello@banksiaboutique.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and images. We’ll take care of it as quickly as we can.
Stock & Products
An item I love is sold out — will you restock?
Some of our pieces are made to order or small-batch runs, so once they’re gone, they may be gone for good! But feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know if a restock is on the cards.
I’m a brand — how can I stock with you?
We’re not actively looking for new brands right now, but we’re always open to discovering like-minded labels. Please head to our Stockist Enquiries page for more info (and no DMs, please!).
