The Story
When Stefan (@solbevi) and Declan (@keatingandco) flavour minds collided at Finders Keepers (Sydney 2025), there was only ever going to be one outcome, greatness!
Stef’s traditional limoncello. Declan’s obsession with balance and heat. Turning limoncello into a hot sauce wasn’t simple. A handful of test batches quickly turned into something special. And just like that, Sunny Girl was born.
What Makes Sunny Girl Different?
This isn’t just citrus heat. Sunny Girl starts with a true limoncello base — bright, aromatic and clean — then builds into:
